"Men! How Are Your Numbers?" is a 10-week series of educational sessions focused on improving men’s health by helping participants understand and manage key health indicators. Each week covers an essential topic such as heart health, diabetes, obesity, blood pressure, physical activity, colorectal cancer, nutrition, mental health, sexual health, and smoking cessation. Through guided discussion and practical information, this course empowers men to take charge of their health and make informed decisions for long-term well-being.

M3 is an introductory adolescent health program offered to young boys living in Forsyth. M3 provides age-appropriate education to males on masculinity, decision making, male anatomy, healthy relationships, and more. These topics aid in building a foundation for principles and values for the youth to uphold.
