The hours to apply are 8am - 4:30pm, Monday-Friday. We do not issue after 4:30.
No. Civil Magistrates in the Forsyth County Government Center perform marriages by appointment and walk-in Monday through Friday from 12:30pm - 4:30pm.  Weddings requiring a Spanish interpreter are by appointment only.  Criminal Magistrates in the Forsyth County Detention Center perform marriages Saturdays and Sundays only from 9:00am - 7:00pm.
No. NC Law states only the following people are entitled to a certified copy: yourself, spouse, child, sibling, parent, step-parent, grandparent, authorized agent, legal representative (proof required).  Anyone can get an uncertified copy. 
The certified copies are $10 each. Non-certified copies are .50 each.

Yes. Out-of-County birth certificates are issued in the Register of Deeds office to someone who was born in NC, birth year 1971-forward, and not adopted.They are issued during the hours of 8am-4pm daily. The cost is $24 cash only.

The deed is given to you when you closed on the property. It is not mailed to you after the cancellation or satisfaction of the loan. A free copy of the deed is available at forsythdeeds.com.
